We work through all aspects of the architectural, landscape or site lighting directly with architects, engineers, designers, homeowners, builders, electricians…providing the following services depending on your needs :

Lighting Design and Specification: determine the lighting needs and the product necessary to meet the requirements. Provide drawings and complete specifications necessary for product procurement and installation.
Control System Design and Specification: determine the lighting control needs and product necessary to meet the requirements. Provide drawings and complete specifications necessary for product procurement and installation.
Construction Documentation: provide all final documentation of necessary plans, drawings and details to be included in biddable set of drawings.

Bidding Oversight: communication with contractors as necessary to provide clarification of specification or review alternate submittals.
Construction Administration: site visit(s) to verify all aspects of the lighting and control system against the as-built site or structure.
Final Aim & Focusing: site visit(s) required to maximize the benefits of the lighting design where adjustable fixtures have been installed. With the correct lamp and accessory in place, each fixture is to be “aimed” or directed in the manner they were intended based on final landscape, architecture, interior, furniture or artwork selections.
Programming: lighting control programming or scene setting once installation is complete and ready for occupancy.
Custom Design and Fabrication: of specialty fixtures or applications.
Product Sales and Installation Coordination: if you’d like us to purchase the product and oversee the installation for a Turnkey job.
Energy Calculations and ROI Reports: if you do a lighting retrofit.
Photometrics: if required or desired.
